Executive Summary

This document underlines the management procedures for an effective tracking of the PRISMACLOUD project development including detailed description of the work plan and strategy.
Especially, the principal aims of this handbook are to:

• give an overview of the PRISMACLOUD project
• lay down the rules for collaborative work on the project
• define the procedures for communication, meetings, deliverables and publications
• describe the roles within the project and link it to persons
• provide templates for documents relevant to the PRISMACLOUD project

The PRISMACLOUD Handbook is required reading for all project participants, especially for new personnel and as is a living document, in addition to the contractual version in month 3, updates will be made whenever necessary.
