Executive Summary 

In this document, we present our progress with respect to FPE, OPE and anonymization in the last year. We have developed and implemented the underlying algorithms for FPE, OPE and anonymization. We have evaluated those algorithms using PRISMACLOUD use case data and preliminary results are promising. Specifically, the encryption algorithms are able to encrypt and decrypt data in short and reasonable times. With respect to anonymization, we identified two algorithms that we believe will scale well in terms of utility and performance to big data.
